This is a dynamic food oriented wine and will pair well with an assortment of dishes. We recommend moderately spicy Asian cuisine including Indian and Thai inspired foods. It will also complement rich sauces and seafood as the acidity will refresh the palate.

This is a fabulous Riesling that reflects the ripe vintage and our preference for working with this grape varietal.
