Flavor and Aroma:
Rich and spicy apricot and pear flavors dominate this Alsatian style Riesling.

Aging Potential:
Proper cellaring will reward the patient in five years.

Thoughts for Food:
This is a dynamic food oriented wine and will pair well with an assortment of dishes. We recommend moderately spicy Asian cuisine including Indian and Thai inspired foods. It will also complement rich sauces and seafood as the acidity will refresh the palate.

Wine Makers Comments:
This is a fabulous Riesling that reflects the ripe vintage and our preference for working with this grape varietal. I look forward to drinking this wine in its youth as well as in the future as we anticipate it to age very well. I am also very excited for the many food pairing opportunities this wine will present at my table.
