Hearth & Vine, our on-site vineyard cafe, market and bakery, has chosen its all-day menu for summer. We'll be serving up farm-fresh fare from the wood-fired oven including pizza, bruschetta, soups and salads along with a fine selection of Black Star Farms wines by the glass or bottle.
We will open on Friday May 28th for Memorial Day weekend and be open from noon-9 on Friday and Saturday, and from noon-5 on Sunday and Monday. From June 3rd, our hours will be: Thursday, Friday and Saturday from noon-9, Sunday noon-5 and Monday from noon-6 when we'll be open for casual dining and market shopping. As last year, we'll close on Tuesday and Wednesday.
On the market side, we offer farm-fresh eggs, seasonal fruit and vegetables from our and neighboring farms, hearth-baked breads and pastries from 9 Bean Rows, maple syrup, verjus and kettle-cooked jams and preserves, and the very best of locally produced processed foods. We have also chosen some local crafts that we think you'll enjoy discovering.

Black Star Farms hosts 9 Bean Rows at our Suttons Bay location. It's here that their wood-fired breads and pastries are produced, vegetables are grown and stored, and members of the community can join the 9 Bean Rows CSA (community supported agriculture) to purchase "shares" of these offerings.
