Pinot Noir is the most widely grown wine grapes we cultivate and bottle. We love the versatility of this varietal and enjoy making sparkling, rosé, red, and white wine with it. This unique expression of Pinot Noir is crafted by removing the skins prior to fermentation. The whisper of color comes only from the crushing process. This white wine exhibits a rounder mouthfeel than many of our other signature whites, yet still maintains the freshness that our wine region is known for.
