Goat Yoga

Join us for this family fun, farm experience, because nothing reduces stress like a downward goat pose! The classes (suitable for all experience levels and ages) are one hour, with 45 minutes dedicated to yoga and the remaining 15 minutes for taking pictures and cuddling the goats! The yoga practice promotes mindfulness, relaxation, and a little fun! What was once considered a crazy idea is now recognized as a new form of yoga animal therapy.
