In this guided, hands-on cooking class, you’ll work with a range of cultivated and wild varieties, learning techniques such as roasting, sautéing, and building layered flavors. The experience concludes with a shared tasting of the dishes you’ve created. Small sips of wine included. Wine by the glass is available additionally.
