Holiday Baking with Martin Sorge – Christmas Cookies

Kick off the holiday season with an afternoon of baking, wine, and plenty of cookies.

Join acclaimed baker, author, and Great American Baking Show winner Martin Sorge for a hands-on holiday baking class focused on assembling a beautiful holiday cookie box. Martin will guide guests through several styles of seasonal cookies while sharing tips, techniques, and recipes that can easily be recreated at home.

Guests will work alongside Martin to prepare a selection of holiday cookies. During the class, enjoy Black Star Farms wine and learn how different flavors, spices, chocolates, and textures can pair with cool-climate Michigan wines..

At the end of class, each guest will leave with recipes, new baking techniques, and a box of holiday cookies to take home and enjoy.

Martin’s cookbook, Great Bakes, will also be available for purchase and signing.

This class is suitable for guests ages 8 and up. Alcohol-free beverages will be available for guests under 21 and anyone who prefers them.
