The 2017 Blanc de Blanc is for people who enjoy wine with complex aromas and flavors. Produced in the Méthode Champenoise (or Traditional Method), this sparkling wine is made from Chardonnay grapes and is reminiscent of a classic French Champagne. This brut-style sparkler showcases toasty aromas (think freshly baked brioche bread), accompanied by flavors of green apple, lemon, and almond biscotti. With a light mouthfeel and finely textured bubbles, the Blanc de Blanc gives off an air of class and sophistication that’s unique to only the finest bubblies.
Made in the same style as the Blanc de Blanc, the 2018 Blushed sparkling rosé is a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, and Marquette. With only .5% residual sugar, this bubbly is dry and crisp and exhibits a tantalizing fruit profile. The fine bubbles make for a texture that is both exciting and refined. Flavors of red raspberries, Montmorency cherries, and lemon tart burst open on your palate.
Our 2018 Sparkling Riesling possesses classic Riesling flavors of apple and pears. Bolstered by the effervescence, this wine has a dazzling acidity that dances along your tastebuds. Hints of minerality make the finish of this sparkling wine crisp and clean, keeping your palate fresh and ready for sip after sip.
Made from a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, and Riesling, the Bedazzled is a balanced and unpretentious bubbly perfect for holiday celebrations. This wine is fresh and fruit-driven with a delightfully refreshing finish. The delicate bubbles keep this wine vibrant on the tongue, while its balance is perfect for maintaining versatility with food.
The Delighted is one of our most popular sparkling wines for those that prefer a sweeter style. It has aromas and flavors reminiscent of strawberry jam and cotton candy. Made entirely from Frontenac Gris, this wine beautifully showcases the fruity nature of this cold-hardy grape while maintaining a freshness that is just right for a sparkling wine. The bubbles keep this wine feeling light and airy on the palate with a finish that is lush and sweet.
Our Bubbly Nouveau is a seasonal favorite. The intensely fruity nouveau style represents a young wine produced to celebrate the end of harvest and the birth of that season’s vintage. This wine is meant to be consumed promptly while the flavors and aromas are at their most fresh. The 2021 vintage consists mainly of Cayuga grapes with some Muscat added for depth. Flavors of apple, pear, and peach combine with bright aromas of mandarin orange and honeydew melon, making this sweet sparkler fun, light, and refreshing.
