Authentic Experiences

Come Cook With Us

We invite you to share the passion and philosophy behind our culinary department at Black Star Farms. In our cooking classes, you will learn new recipes and kitchen techniques with a chef’s demonstration and then get into the action with hands-on instruction. This is your chance to gain culinary confidence while enjoying food, wine, and great company.

Since 2006, our Estate Chef, John Korycki, has visited Italy annually, leading small groups on culinary adventures with his company, Chef JK Travels. Through his extensive travels, he has discovered many culinary inspirations and traditions that he is excited to share with you.

After the class, relax and enjoy your work with a coursed, plated lunch or dinner.

Classes are limited to 12 people. Tickets include the cooking class, meal, and one glass of wine. It does not include additional wine and beverages that can be purchased onsite or gratuity during service.
