We invite you to share the passion and philosophy behind our culinary department at Black Star Farms. With our cooking classes, you will learn new recipes and kitchen techniques with a chef’s demonstration and then get into the action with hands-on instruction. This is your chance to gain culinary confidence while enjoying food, wine, and great company.
Since 2006, our Estate Chef, John Korycki, has visited Italy every year, leading small groups of travelers on culinary adventures with his company, Chef JK Travels. He has discovered many culinary inspirations and traditions through his extensive travels that he is excited to share with you. After the class, enjoy your work with a coursed, plated dinner. Tickets include one glass of wine. More wine by the glass/bottle will be available for an additional cost.

Today my husband and I attended a cooking class at Black Star Farms. This cooking class was not simply a demonstration, it was a hands-on event, producing a plentiful amount of food.
