Goat Yoga

Join us for this fun farm yoga experience because nothing reduces stress like a downward goat pose! The classes (suitable for all experience levels and ages) are one hour, 45 minutes dedicated to yoga, and 15 minutes for goat pictures and cuddles! This yoga practice promotes mindfulness, relaxation, and a little fun. Baah-maste!
