Guided by Chef John Korycki, you’ll learn the art of making handmade potato gnocchi and four essential Italian sauces—Burro e Oro, Ai Funghi, Pesto Genovese, and Salsiccia e Stracchino. Guests will roll, shape, cook, and enjoy their gnocchi while learning classic techniques for building rich, balanced sauces.
