Meet our Chef!
Chef John Korycki, a distinguished culinary professional with a rich background in Italian cuisine, joined Black Star Farms as Estate Chef in the spring of 2023. In this role, he oversees the entire food service department, including Inn culinary services, Bistro Polaris, our wine-paired dining experiences, and onsite catering for special events. His extensive experience and passion for farm-to-table dining are evident in the diverse and flavorful menus he curates for guests.
