We are excited to announce that a portion of all proceeds from our 2026 Goat Yoga season will be donated to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society โ Michigan Chapter.
This initiative holds special significance for the winery estate and its leadership team. The announcement was shared on Motherโs Day in honor of the personal impact Multiple Sclerosis (MS) has had on Black Star Farms Managing Owner Sherri Campbell Fenton, whose mother, Sallie Campbell, passed away in 2017 after living with MS for 40 years.
Hosted on the winery estate in Suttons Bay, Goat Yoga has become one of Black Star Farmsโ most beloved seasonal farm experiences, drawing guests from across Michigan and beyond for a lighthearted blend of yoga, wine country scenery, interaction with the playful baby goats, and a glass of wine or N/A beverage. This year, the program will also help support continued advocacy, research, and local resources for individuals and families in Northern Michigan impacted by Multiple Sclerosis.
โGoat Yoga has always been centered around joy, connection, and community,โ said Fenton. โBeing able to channel part of that experience toward supporting families impacted by MS makes this season especially meaningful to us.โ
The 2026 Goat Yoga season begins this summer at Black Star Farms Suttons Bay, with classes expected to once again sell out quickly. Guests can expect beginner-friendly outdoor yoga sessions paired with the playful energy of baby goats in the scenic vineyard setting that has made the experience a Northern Michigan favorite.
