Since 2006, our Estate Chef, John Korycki, has visited Italy each year, leading small groups on culinary adventures through his company, Chef JK Travels. During his journeys, he has discovered many culinary inspirations and traditions that he is excited to share with you.

After class, you will enjoy a fresh pasta meal of your creations.

Tickets include instruction, one glass of wine, and a meal. They do not include additional wine available for purchase or gratuity for your server.
