Join us at Bistro Polaris and learn the art of making traditional Pizza Napoletana! Join Estate Chef John Korycki and our culinary team in the kitchen for a hands-on class creating your own wood-fired pizza from scratch, topped with hand-stretched fresh mozzarella. This class will provide you with the recipes, techniques, and confidence to recreate pizzas and mozzarella at home.
