Originally the building that now houses our bistro was part of the property’s equestrian facility and served as a mare barn. Renovations began in 2006, and in the fall of 2007, it opened as a farmer’s market featuring products grown on the property and from nearby farms. Over the next few years, a wood-fired oven was added, and other improvements were made. Now our culinary team creates their fabulous farm-fresh fare in a full commercial kitchen, and diners can enjoy their meals in our cozy dining room or outside on the scenic patio.

We create wine-paired dining experiences for any special occasion like anniversaries, birthdays, elopements, or holiday gatherings. Learn more about our private dining options here.

Testimonials
We decided to try the new Bistro Polaris. Sitting outside on a beautiful summer afternoon, we had a wonderful early dinner. Roasted vegetable salad, a wood-fired pizza, and a nice Pinot Noir were all on point! Delicious food, great service, and a beautiful setting made for a great experience- we can’t wait to try other items on the menu!
We visited the farm for the 3-course brunch and couldn’t have been happier. The service was excellent, relaxing atmosphere with beautiful views. Food was out of this world, probably the best brunch we’ve ever had. Definitely worth it for such a fun experience. Highly recommend Sunday Brunch on the Farm at Bistro Polaris.
