Stables
A caring individual with a love of horses is needed for barn chores. Duties include taking horses to and from pasture, feeding/watering, mucking stalls, and general barn maintenance. Horse experience and transportation are necessary.
Tasting Room Representative
Learn the wine industry from the inside out! No previous wine education or industry experience is required! Our unspoken goal is to provide every guest who enters our Tasting Room with an experience that reflects great pride in our history, family, and products. We invite you to take this unique opportunity to join a diverse group of enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and team-oriented individuals and embark on a journey into the fascinating world of wine.
Line Cook/Prep Cook
Join the team at one of Northern Michigan’s premier wine and culinary destinations. The position includes support for the bistro, catered events, and Inn culinary services. Employee benefits include company-wide discounts and much more!
Housekeeper
For this part-time seasonal position, we are seeking a detail-oriented individual who desires to work as a team and can work 3-4 days per week between 9:30 AM and 4:30 PM, with some flexibility, if needed, as far as days/week and number of hours/day. So join us and be an integral player at our highly acclaimed destination Inn.
Kitchen Knight: Lord of Luster
Dishwasher
This role is not just about cleaning utensils and dishes. It’s about maintaining impeccable kitchen hygiene, which is crucial for a seamless culinary workflow. As the unsung hero of cleanliness, the dishwasher ensures spotless utensils, sparkling dishes, and a sanitized kitchen environment. This contribution is not just important, it’s indispensable to the overall efficiency and success of the culinary team. This role demands diligence, attention to detail, and a commitment to upholding the highest sanitation standards in a fast-paced kitchen setting.
Bistro Server
We are seeking individuals who thrive on providing exceptional customer service while maintaining a fun, upbeat attitude. Full-time, part-time and seasonal positions are available with hourly pay plus tips. Server experience is preferred. Must be able to work holidays and weekends.
Bistro Host/Busser
You are the first and last impression of our bistro, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed, valued, and cared for throughout their dining experience. Whether it’s greeting patrons with a smile, or tidying up tables with finesse, your attention to detail and dedication to service excellence are the cornerstones of our guests’ satisfaction. Full-time, part-time and seasonal positions are available with hourly pay plus tips. Must be able to work holidays and weekends.
Facilities Assistant
Assist maintenance supervisor with groundskeeping, property clean up, events set up/tear down, and various general maintenance issues. Reliable and possess excellent time management skills. Support events staff when needed.
Events Server
Servers are needed for weddings and special events. Part-time, you select the dates you can work an event. Must be able to work evenings and weekends. Serving experience is preferred but not necessary—great extra income opportunity. Primarily May – October with other dates throughout the year.
