The all-new menu highlights Estate Chef John Korycki’s years of experience with global cuisine while featuring fresh local ingredients from our own and area farms. Take your taste buds on a Mediterranean tour while enjoying the sites of our Suttons Bay winery estate. You can taste the fresh and quality ingredients in every bite! It’s our philosophy.

Experience a culinary journey with dishes inspired by traditional cuisine from Italy, Sweden, and Poland. It's a New Year - Enjoy a New Sunday Brunch!

Alpine Swiss Raclette Dinner

Join us with Leelanau Cheese Company as we honor this delicious Alpine tradition. The evening promises a relaxed, communal dining experience, perfect for socializing. Charcuterie Board Workshop

Saturday, March 29 | 10 AM – 4 PM

Join us at Black Star Farms Bistro Polaris for a fun morning of charcuterie board instruction with Sous Chef Leah Moerdyk. Learn tips and tricks to craft a showstopping board while enjoying delicious bites and mimosas! Each attendee leaves with a gourmet charcuterie board, perfect for sharing with 1-2 friends, featuring cheeses, meats, nuts, crackers, fruits, and more.

Saturday Happy Hour

$30 Pizza & Pinot Special for Two | 2-5 PM
Spend the afternoon with us and enjoy the best weekend happy hour in wine country! For only $30, you can choose any pizza from our menu and two glasses of Pinot.
Wine options include Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir Rosé, Pinot Noir, and Late Harvest Pinot Gris.
