This year marks our silver anniversary, and to honor this milestone, we plan to celebrate with special offers throughout 2023. In 1998, our co-founding partners, Kerm Campbell and Don Coe, along with head winemaker Lee Lutes, had the vision to create a world-class wine-country destination. Today, that goal has been far exceeded, and our business now includes a highly acclaimed Inn, plus extensive culinary and special events programs.
Our success would not have been possible without our hard-working team, our faithful fans, dedicated wine club members, and repeat Inn guests, to name a few.
In appreciation, we will offer new ways to enjoy Black Star Farms throughout the year. A new sparkling wine release, unique wine-tasting options, creative dining experiences, and family-friendly fall wagon rides are just some exciting things we have in store.

We’re thrilled to be hosting DJ Trivia on Monday nights 6:30 PM at Bistro Polaris. Join us for an engaging night filled with fun, competition, and a chance to win fantastic prizes.
DJ Trivia is not just a game; it’s an experience! Widely featured in t0p restaurants and bars nationwide, DJ Trivia brings a live, interactive element to the traditional trivia night. Our live DJ host will present a range of mind-bending categories, including Movies, History, Music, TV, Science, and more.

NEW Sunday Brunch on the Farm
Join us at the newly-imagined Bistro Polaris at Black Star Farms Suttons Bay for a special three-course farm-fresh brunch. Our motto is a Sunday well spent brings a week of content!
Choose a starter, entrée, and dessert from the brunch menu, including breakfast and lunch options. Coffee, juice, mimosas, and wines by the glass/carafe will be available for an additional cost. The all-new menu highlights Estate Chef John Korycki’s years of experience with global cuisine while featuring fresh local ingredients from our own and area farms.

Enjoy live music while you dine! Zack Meyers is a seasoned live musician with over a decade of experience who brings a diverse range of musical styles, including Jazz, R&B, Pop, and Rock. Recently returning from Kalamazoo, where he shared his musical talents and imparted his knowledge through teaching music and theater, Zack now invites you to experience his cool vibes and smooth sounds at Bistro Polaris, which is now open year-round.
