PLANNING YOUR STAY
What times are check-in and check-out?
Guests are welcome to arrive between 4 pm-6 pm.
Check-out is at 11 am.
What if I can’t make it there during that window?
If you arrive outside of the regular check-in period, contact the Innkeepers directly to make alternative plans.
Where should I park?
When you arrive, you are welcome to pull up to the round drive that leads to the front doors for check-in. From there, an Innkeeper will direct you to our guest parking area.
What do I need to provide at check-in?
An Innkeeper will greet you as you enter the Inn and review your stay’s details and confirm your payment method for any remaining charges.
Do you have an elevator?
The Inn does not have an elevator. Guests who cannot navigate stairs are encouraged to book our main level rooms, Mira and Polaris.
Do you allow children?
Our Inn is an adult destination. To request an exception to our 13 years and over rule, please reach out to our front desk. Exceptions may be made but are not guaranteed, depending upon travel dates and other circumstances. Under no exception are guests under the age of 21 permitted in the Pegasus Lounge during hospitality hour nor in the Barrel Room.
Do you have a minimum night requirement?
We have a two-night minimum required on weekends. Occasional flex nights are available. Please call the innkeeper to inquire. Single-night stays are available mid-week.
What is your pet policy?
Service animals are, by law, welcome. A service animal is a dog that is individually trained to work or perform tasks for a person with a disability. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA. Service animals must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered. Damage caused by a service animal will incur a minimum $100 charge for repair/cleaning, up to the total amount required to restore the room to prior condition. If you plan on bringing a service dog, you must call the innkeeper in advance to make arrangements.
Do you offer horse riding or lessons?
All of the horses in our stables are privately own and boarded and not available for lessons.
You are welcome to stroll by the paddocks, but we ask that you observe all posted signs.
Are you in Suttons Bay?
We are located in Suttons Bay, approximately 4 miles south of downtown.
Do you have water views?
Each room overlooks a piece of our unique 160-acre estate, including stables and pastures, peaceful woods, and even special glimpses of the vineyard.
